Actuate
The Actuate product line is a series of modules that would be used as either sub-modules or extension modules to enhance and improve a system's capability. An Actuate module's provides extended capability, including but not limited to IO and analog-based functionality.
An ACTUATE module would not normally contain an MCU or decision logic features as the base module would handle this. The SCALAE AUTO would be a base module, with which an ACTUATE module is integrated. The Actuate module would then offer extended I/O or integration IO. Since the AUTO only transistorized outputs.
The ACTUATE Relay options are an extension or expansion PCBs that enable IO expansion. They are available in 3, 4, and 7 channels with OPTO or Darlington Driver interfacing.
The inputs are directly coupled to the outputs creating a channel. The coupling may beopto-coupledd or Darlington transistor driven. In each case, the coupling provides a low voltage or contact-based integrated with a relay enabling the switching of a high load dependant on the relay's ratings.
