RADIX - PIC Development
The RADIX catalog of development tools caters to a variety of PICs from both the 16Fxxx | and 18Fxxx families. The PCBs are in a form where 1) they can be inserted into a breadboard, or 2) alternatively have an additional shield added.
The list of devices below has been selected to work in conjunction with the range of development boards. They have been selected owing to particular features, peripherals, and price points that make them a preferred or recommended choice.
See the Recommended Devices๏ปฟ list.
The product range leverages the cross-compatibility of the PIC16F and PIC18F families. This enables any device from most of the families to be able to use the same development boards. Occasionally, there is a device that is not entirely compatible as a pin is not in the same location as others. Owing to this, the recommended range of devices has been tested and certified for use on the development boards.
